Jeff Berman has been actively involved in real estate as an investor since 1977 when he purchased his first duplex in Sellersville, PA. Despite the trials and tribulations of landlording, Jeff's passion for real estate never waned, and he secured his PA real estate license in 2003. He is a member of The Jay Ginsberg Group at Long and Foster Realtors, in Doylestown. Jeff and Jay Ginsberg have partnered on several real estate projects over the past twenty years.
In his short career as a licensed Realtor, Jeff's sales were quickly in seven figures, as he has a tenacious work ethic and is a skilled dealmaker.
A Delaware Valley native and Accounting graduate from Temple University, Jeff resides in New Britain Township with his wife of 30 years, Maxa. Parents of two daughters, Rebecca and MinHee, Jeff and Maxa spend their spare time at their home in Phoenix across the street from Rebecca and her family (it's the grandson they really go to visit).
